Role

Built and maintained relationships with approximately 1,000 employers across a multi-county region

Do-It-Yourself Lowell is a grassroots nonprofit focused on civic engagement and community-led initiatives.
Role
Executive Director responsible for organizational strategy, program development, and community engagement.

Directed organizational strategy and program development aligned with community-driven priorities
Guided residents through an idea-to-implementation pipeline, supporting projects from concept to execution
